FAQs

Q: Can I sit with my friends on the bus?

A: YES! Bus Signups will be sent via a signup genius to the student email used to purchase your grad night ticket. You are just required to board the bus color that you signed up for, no exceptions. To request a change in bus, email gk7000@outlook.com. NO BUS CHANGES AFTER JUNE 13th, INCLUDING THE EVENING OF THE EVENT!

Q: Why can’t I have my cell phone?

A: SAFETY! We want everyone to be fully engaged throughout the night as we have a lot of FUN activities/entertainment planned for you! As this event is only for BHS seniors, no cell phones ensure no posting on social media and risking ‘party crashers.’

Q: Can I bring a camera to take pictures with my friends?

A: NO. But, we have a photo booth and a volunteer parent and chaperones taking candid photos all night long. Grab your friends and find an adult. All photos (FREE!) will be shared following the event to the student and families emails provided during ticket purchase.

Q: I have dietary restrictions/food allergies– what can I do?

A: We cannot guarantee allergy free food. If you have a life-threatening condition, please bring your own food/snacks in a container with your name during check-in, and it will be transported for you and held at the “chaperone table” during the night. Please complete the additional form ‘Emergency Care Plan for Life Threatening Conditions’ and bring your required medication.

Q: When is the last date to buy a ticket?

A: Wednesday, June 11th. We must deliver our final headcount to the caterers, bus companies, and All-Night Grad Party event coordinators. A limited number of tickets may still be available. Contact gk7000@outlook.com to inquire.

Q: Do I have to stay all night?

A: YES. For the safety of everyone, and to keep things moving efficiently, everyone is committing to staying until the buses bring everyone back to BHS at 5:00am.

Q: What if there is an emergency and I need to contact my Senior?

A: Text or call Gina Dattilo, BHS Grad Night Lead Chaperone, at 303-359-7175.

Q: What if my Senior really needs to contact me?

A: The Senior can seek out any of our chaperones, security or event staff and they will be directed to the lead chaperone for assistance.
