Bellevue Blast Schedule and Submission Deadlines

2026–2027 School Year

The Bellevue Blast is published in two separate editions:

• Athletics Blast: Monday mornings
• Regular Blast:  Tuesday mornings

Submission Deadlines

• School News and PTSA articles: Friday by 6:00 p.m.
• Athletics and Activities articles: Sunday by 6:00 p.m.

Please submit articles by the applicable deadline to allow the Blast Team enough time to review, format, and prepare each edition. Late submissions may be held for the following week’s issue.

Submission Requirements

• Include the article title, complete text, applicable links, and image.
• Submit all article titles and text using the following format:
  • Article title: ALL UPPERCASE, Helvetica, 20 pt, navy blue, bold
  • Body text: Verdana, 14 pt, black
• Press Enter only when starting a new paragraph, and allow the text to wrap automatically within each paragraph.
• Submit images in JPEG or PNG format.
  • Clearly identify which image belongs with each article. Place the image directly below its corresponding title in the email, or name the image file to match the article title.
• If you would like to use emojis, please use standard Unicode emojis from your computer’s emoji keyboard:
  • Mac: Control + Command + Space
  • Windows: Windows key + period (.)
• If submitting multiple unrelated articles, please use a separate email for each article whenever possible.
