PTSA Enrichment Fund Grant Program
The BHS PTSA offers grants for items or opportunities that improve and enhance the student experience, should they meet the established criteria. We encourage requests from anyone within the BHS community, including: student clubs; activity and athletic organizations; and educational and administrative departments.
Our goal is to benefit the students in the areas of Academics, Athletics, Activities, and Administration. To help assist you in preparing your request, we have developed a set of criteria to use as a guideline and a grant request form. If you have any questions, please contact Lynn Janata, Grants Chair.
Fall Grant Submission 2017
Grant Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 8, 2017 (3:00pm) (Thursday & Friday = Veterans Day)
Advisory Meeting: Tuesday, November 14, 2017 (3:45 – 5:45pm)
Allocation Meeting: Thursday, November 16, 2017 (8:30 – 10:30am)
Spring Grant Submission 2018
Grant Submission Deadline: Friday, March 16, 2018 (3:00pm)
Advisory Meeting: Tuesday, March 20, 2018 (3:45 – 5:45pm)
Allocation Meeting: Thursday, March 22, 2018 (8:30 – 10:30am)
Documents required for grant request:
Please submit your completed grant request by email to Lynn Janata or place it in the PTSA mail slot in the Staff Room by 3:00 PM on the grant cycle due date. Late requests will be considered during the next scheduled grant cycle. Please note that all materials and equipment become the property of Bellevue School District.
